Serve as the organizational lead for the integration of (PeopleSoft ) Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) into the Army’s HR training curriculum. Lead a team of training developers, under very compressed development schedules, to deliver thorough, concise, and comprehensive training products for an audience that ranges in educational level from high school through graduate-school.

In a newly established IT Services company, led a team of trainers and technical writers in the initial design, development, validation, and delivery of complex and technical (IT) training products for remote site and call center personnel. • Due to demonstrated ability, selected for promotion to Site Operations Director; managing and operating over 120 customer service centers and digital processing sites (over 450 personnel) within the United States and internationally. • Visited future operating sites and successfully negotiated support for the program; despite their limited facility and material resources. • Developed over 100 Use Case/What If scenarios with corresponding solutions for use in Call Center/Site Manager training.Instos Inc is a start-up IT Services company contracted to design, develop, and implement the Army's seminal system to provide Soldiers a digitized copy of their health treatment record, while meeting the interoperability requirements of the Veteran's Administration Records Management Center and the National Personnel Records Center.

Sole training developer for the Army's premier Human Resource (HR) Management Course. This course prepares senior Army officers with limited or no HR background to assume duties as HR professionals. • Under strict time constraints; successfully researched, analyzed, designed, developed, implemented, and validated over 50 lessons (all classes) for a graduate education level curriculum. • Led a spiral development team designing the implementation strategy for the conversion of the entire Army to a new HR software platform (PeopleSoft).

Managed all aspects of the Army's Distance Learning (dL) Human Resource (HR) Management Course; including courseware development and validation, registration, testing, evaluation, administration, scheduling, and record keeping. • All dL courses (over 600 students) maintained a 100% graduation rate. • Course selected as the “model” for all other Human Resource School curriculums.

Administered the Army's only Human Resource (HR) knowledge sharing website; connecting HR professionals across all components (Active, Reserve, and Civilian) and around the world. Approved all memberships and site content; facilitating discussions; posting data, tools, and resources; finding answers to multiple HR questions generated by members; maintaining strong personal relationships with leaders and technical experts throughout the Army; and actively promoting the website. • Website recognized as the fastest growing forum of its type in the Army with an average of 500 new members monthly.

Advised the U.S. Army General Staff, conducted project management, workshop and meeting facilitation, research, analysis, planning, business improvement, and enterprise transformation. • Successfully led a diversely skilled and geographically segregated team to measure, analyze, and validate the largest proposed manpower structure change for the Army (in human resource delivery) in 30+ years.

Maintained $5 million of property in three separate facilities and began implementation of the Classroom Modernization initiative.
