As Lead Controls Engineer, I manage and help a small team to create software solutions to control both rockets and drones. I am responsible for teaching my peers, as well as assisting in implementation of the following: Implementing, simulating, tuning and testing flight controllers. Reading from, filtering, and fusing data from multiple sensors. Actuating control surfaces. Implementing custom solutions for long range network communications
