As the Queensland Development Manager, my role encompassed the strategic planning, asset management, property management and project management of all existing and new developments in the region.This role encompassed extensive facilitation with corporate stakeholders, franchise owners and international compliance to ensure consistency of strategy and on time and on budget achievement. Managing an operating budget in excess of $20mm AUD per annum.During this period, there was an extensive expansion of new restaurants across Queensland and the Northern Territory. As the Development Manager, I held end to end Project Management responsibility including selection & appointment of design teams including Architectural, Mechanical, Hydraulic, Quantity Surveying plus Design & Construct.
