How does someone who’s been in Project Management for a long time, working with Waterfall software development processes like Prince2 find himself a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. It had something to do with, “We are uncovering better ways of developing software…” and a large slice of curiosity.Enter Scrum. I started by experimenting with one co-located Scrum team. The more success we had the more teams we transitioned to Scrum including distributed teams (based in India).I have observed that if you want to change the culture a good place to start is by changing the way people work. My toolbox has grown to include concepts from User Stories, Story Mapping, Extreme Programming, Continuous Delivery, Lean software development, JIRA, Slack, Zoom; helping Developers who use technologies like Angular, .NET Core, SQL, C#, Jenkins, Team City and Docker.In my spare time I can be found outside riding my bike.
