Ensuring that sales and margin targets are reached.• Establish and develop important relationships with senior management, within the customer base and other regional influencers.• Together with Business Development and Industry Segment Management develop an annual sales plan for the region that is in line with company objectives.• Ensure effective account planning and opportunity management is maintained in region and work with individual Sales Engineers to execute detailed action plans and account strategies.• Develop and implement strategies in the region together with Festo partners and dealers.• Continually develop the Festo regional sales team through formal trainings and coaching.
