As Group Sales and Marketing Manager, I am responsible for all sales and marketing activity for our core services, which include managed and serviced office space, meeting and event space hire. As part of my role, I also manage client renewals with the help of our centre teams and all broker relations across a portfolio of buildings.

Responsible for the marketing of 6 London Business Centres, offering private offices, co-working, meeting room and event space hire.

I joined at the very beginning and have been a part of the project team at Us&Co Monument. When the building opened, my role was centre manager, responsible for sales, marketing and operations of this newly formed serviced office and co-working provider in the City of London. Within 12 months, I successfully grew the client base from 0 at the opening to 100 % occupancy. Responsible for the marketing, new business development and client retention within Hamilton House. Other duties include the organising and onsite management of client conferences and events.

Management of the VIP/VVIP hospitality function within Rustenburg Stadium South Africa during the FIFA World Cup 2010. As part of the project management team I was responsible for the training of operational staff on company/FIFA protocol and procedures in the run-up to the games, this was done on a national level often presenting to groups of between 20-50 people.

Generating new leads and business for a group of restaurants in South West London by developing and managing online, BTL and direct marketing campaigns.
