The Group Fleet Manager role managed and maintained the fleet of RCR Infrastructure of approx. 1400 units across brands O'Donnell Griffin, Haden Engineering and Resolve FM.This role ensured all costings met company requirments and ensure optimum performance of the fleet. Key responsibilities included- Negotiate and maintain contracts with third party suppliers including Fleet Management Providers, Financiers, Fuel Providers, Maintenance Providers and Vehicle Manufacturers- Manage all aspects of the groups fleet of vehicles including, acquisitions,disposals, maintenance approvals and all regulatory compliance\- Manage and monitor all third party supplier agreements- Establish and monitor performance against KPI's upon which the 3rd party providers were measured- Develop and monitor vehicle reporting systems to ensure that * vehicles were replaced at lease end * reductions in FBT liability * maintenance and service costs are within acceptable guidelines and vehicles are serviced in line with manufacturer requirements- Maintain the Groups motor vehicle policy in conjunction with HR- Determine and maintain the optimal type and range of vehicles to be included within the companies fleet, taking into account WOL costs.- Work with business to establish long term vehicle forecasts to ensure timely replacement at lease end- Assist company fleet administrators in the management of their individual state based fleets- Optimise best usage of all fleet assets across all businesses- Manage motor vehicle claims in conjunction with the company's insurance broker- Collate and approve monthly all third party provider invoices- Provide monthly reporting to all divisional financial controllers- Strengthen all third party relationships whilst optimizing required suppliers

Toyota Fleet Management is the fleet specialist arm of Toyota Financial Services. TFM has been in operation in Australia since 1982 and is currently the largest FMO in Australia. Toyota Financial Services is represented in over 16 countries globally.Key responsibilities After joining TFM in August 2004 I spent my first two years using my existing relationship manager skills whilst developing sales techniques. Budgets ranged from $25m in 2006 to $75m in 2012.o Heavily involved over the last four years in the scoping, testing and implementation of TFM’s new fleet management system, Miles.
