To this end, we build preventative infrastructure by providing practical and innovative resources, programs and services to young people and the key influencers in their lives.We provide a range of interactive sessions, presentations and workshops for school communities, workplaces and sporting clubs and deliver training and support to Learner Driver Mentoring Programs and all current providers of the Safer Drivers Course.I am a member of the State Government’s Road Safety Advisory Council. My contributions included line and events management, business solutions and the selection, purchase and customisation of a cloud-based marketing collateral management system. I also undertook an extensive review of policies and procedures: ultimately culminating in a full review of the company’s Quality Management System for continuing ISO accreditation.My work with the two start-ups focused on organisational development and capacity building with particular reference to governance, strategy, programming and operations. Learning Links is a state-level children's charity founded in 1972. It provided learning interventions across dozens of programs in response to the assessed functional needs of children and families. It had two major service sites in Sydney and scores of program and outreach locations. In the last year of my leadership it had an annual revenue of $16.5M, employed 120 FTEs and provided programs to over 7,500 children, 650 parents/families, 2,200 workshop attendees and 70 schools.Major achievements include: *The growth of annual revenue from $4.5M to $16.5M; *The development of 23 new and sustainable programs across a spectrum of need that included disability, developmental delay, learning difficulty, children at risk and vulnerable families/communities; *The diversification and growth of revenue streams across fundraising ($2.5M to $8.5M) and government grants ($0.4M to almost $5.0M) and the acquisition and development of commercial enterprises; *Building stakeholder engagement throughout the community: corporate partnerships, government relations, registered and service clubs.
