I direct the interscholastic sports program at Newton Country Day School, offering athletic opportunities for students in grades 5-12, from beginners to recruited athletes, across 14 sports and 38 teams. We are all about developing young people through sport competition, health & wellness programming, and fitness participation.

I am responsible for the leading group fitness classes for studio cycling at various locations around New York City, Westchester County, and Connecticut. Recognized as a national group fitness instructor of excellence in 2019.

- Cross-functionally work with Divisions of Advancement, Admissions, & Business to plan and leverage influence in our community through sport, physical education, and wellness- Recruit, evaluate, and develop staff through online and print platforms, video analysis, accountability, and reporting- Coordinate with coaches to identify athlete talent and connect them with club programs and college recruitment - Leverage software programs and technology for revenue management and performance across departments in athletics, wellness, and physical education- Coordinate and network with college coaches for the recruitment of our athletes to the next level- Create and facilitate in-house professional development seminars for coaches, teachers, and staff- Establish local, national, and international networking opportunities for students & adults in service through athletics- Serve on the school leadership team for continuous renewal of strategic plans in the athletics and wellness division- Responsible for all aspects of instruction, coaching, people, development and delivery of innovative programs. Lead a staff of 30+, including coaches, instructors, and lifeguards.- Leveraged strong project management capabilities and communication skills to lead the completion and launch of a state of the art pool and athletics facility. Designed the business plan and innovative programs to ensure operational optimization, resulting in creating an impactful profit center and successfully containing tuition costs.- Spearheaded the creation of a new Aquatics Department to support the strategy to fully maximize new facility utilization. Completed the project leveraging program development and facilitation, expanding onsite staff, developing a promotion strategy, and benchmarking competitive programs.

- Successfully deliver in-person and remote learning programs through on-line curriculum focused on innovative coaching theories.- Completely rebuilt and optimized on-line curriculum to expand innovative course offerings in the Kinesiology Department and the College of Health and Human Performance to support the mission of teaching, coaching and serving others through sports. - Refocused course curriculum in order to fully support a major program re-branding initiative with the goal of creating a nationally recognized Kinesiology Department.

Assistant coach for the middle distance swimmers on the varsity team; drafted season workout plans, oversaw strength curriculum, assisted in recruiting

Each February, I worked with the Atlantic Coast Conference to bring fans the best analysis of college swimming. I provided on-air commentary to the Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships, interviewed key athletes and coaches, and offered perspective on amateur swimming and scholastic sport.

- Rebuilt the swimming program, including hiring staff, organizing and developing programs, and promoting the club to the community and potential clients.- Orchestrated the construction of a million dollar swimming facility including all operations, budgeting to project completion. Delivered on-time and under budget. - Designed and delivered a first-of-its-kind strength and conditioning team rowing program.

- Proposed and designed this position to lead a physical education programs for undergraduate students and created a youth sports initiative and non-profit program.- Partnered with the Director of K-Lab to conduct fitness level research to analyze exercise and Bod Pod Technology to enhance the fitness level of Duke athletes.
