When Olsson Fire & Risk were acquired by GHD in September 2018, I was responsible for the Olsson Fire & Risk side of the integration activities as well as running the day-to-day activities of the newly formed Fire Service Group within GHD. Throughout this period there were a number of challenges overcome relating to staffing, projects and integration.Following a stabilisation of the team, I moved from this role into a wider market facing role for the NZ fire team.
