Manage an office of 7-10 employees, and thousands of different type devices, such as cell phones, smart phones, ipads, and accessories.Create proposals for current clients or potential clients of Logistic processes and/or inventory management. Create reporting that will back these processes and inventory management up for the multi-million dollar clients.Manage inventory - sort through end of life devices and ones not needed for re-deployment and find vendors to bid on the equipment. In my first year with AGS, I was able to bring in over $125,000 by sorting through not needed devices and finding the value in them.

Answered phone calls/questions concerning issues with a cellphones, smartphones, laptops, and air cards. Level 2 or Tier 2 helpdesk was provided to every call. Knowledge base of 10-15 clients, created reports with detailed information concerning every call.Was On Call every other weekend. Was able to eliminate an issue for a client in a timely manner without a repeat call.Sales
