As a Lead Adviser at Fitzpatricks Private Wealth with a national advisory business, I spend most of my time talking to people and helping them create strategies that supports their plans to create a great life.Typically, that looks like helping business owners, business leaders and retirees to get financially well organised and they usually have some level of complexity to their affairs. My clients often need a professional whom they can trust to help protect and grow their family balance sheet. This includes advice relating to business and family structures, asset protection, wealth creation and preservation, superannuation and more.With my 20+ years of experience across a wide range of companies, including building my own, I can provide valuable insight when it comes to these complex life and financial matters; hence my role is often one of a life mentor, as much as a financial adviser.To provide my clients with the sophisticated advice they need, I select and manage a best-of-breed team unique to each family client, depending on their desired outcomes and cultural fit. I then operate as the family Chief Financial Officer managing this team, with the client acting as CEO.I have been actively involved in a range of community and corporate boards throughout my career and am a husband and father who enjoys spending time with my family and friends.
