Current Addresses and ensures accuracy of all incoming data and correspondence Maintains clear and effective communication and collaboration with lienholders, recovery agents, management, client-facing teams, and internal departments Collaborates with the Lien Resolution Manager to document all lien resolution processes, including periodic updates Communicates and responds to questions in a professional and knowledgeable manner ensuring positive business outcomes Follows up with lienholders and recovery contractors when expected data and/or documentation is outstanding Communicates and collaborates with internal teams, especially client service teams, to obtain and provide timely updates to clients on key issues Engages in cross-training and other ongoing training initiatives Ensures that required data and documentation from lienholders is received in a timely manner and routes that information to the proper internal departments for processing Escalates any complex or priority issues to manager as appropriate and in a timely manner Performs first-line research and ordering of property account information from municipal agencies and other offices as required. Maintains and document all up-to-date communications and action on a lien with detail and accuracy Makes contact and follows up to move cases forward Monitors an open order work queue, followed up on requests and assembles final products to meet client deadlines Raises issues/concerns to Supervisor and work together to resolve them in a timely manner Regularly participates in meetings and is dependable as an internal and external resource on assigned liens and projects Routinely provides status updates as required Specialized knowledge in at least two or more lien types Submits requests on customer and local government portals
