My work is often focussed around helping organisations through transformational 'ππππ£ππ' ... for the better, using experiences from a career in sport AND business. I'm pragmatic and inquisitive; a strategic thinker capable of adapting to dynamic environments. Highly productive, an excellent communicator, speaker and a skilled facilitator. I enjoy opportunities to improve organisational performance, making a difference and working within people-focussed environments. My 'π±π’π΅π©' has been varied, from a start in education, to skills and workforce development for industry, to working with some of the most notable sporting organisations in the UK and Ireland. I'm responsive, committed and work with passion where there is a clear purpose and culture to develop high performing organisations through quality leadership and people development. Sport has been a 'π¨π°ππ₯π¦π― π΅π©π³π¦π’π₯' throughout my career, admittedly now I am more a spectator, yet I'm regularly out on the bike, love a day walking in the hills or camping to help declutter my head!
