He holds a B.Sc. in the Faculty of Chemical Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.In 2010 he began his professional career as a production engineer in the leading biotech company Protalix in Carmiel.He joined the SE from its inception in 2016 as a validation engineer and operations manager. As part of his job, he is responsible for all the operational, professional and technical aspects of the range of the company's services.During 2018, he was appointed as a professional manager of the calibrations laboratory, in charge of all the professional / technical aspects of the calibration laboratory, including characterization and acquisition of equipment, development of work methods, training of teams, management of interfaces and employees.Louses has extensive knowledge and experience in the processes of validation and calibrating of systems and equipment in the fields of pharma and medical devices.
