Gulf Valve is acquired by Pentair Valves & Controls (formerly Tyco Valves & Controls)Engaged in manufacturing of Gate, Globe, Check & Ball Valves.World’s largest & Middle East only Integrated Valve manufacturing company providing Foundry, Manufacturing, Testing, Assembly & After sales service.• Organizing inter-departmental Pre-Bid meeting to plan project strategy by summarizing critical aspects, discussing origin requirement, competition etc.• Preparation of Technical Offer using Clients specification & submission to Costing / Procurement department for pricing based on Project Strategy.• Ensure timely submission of offers within the specified due date.• Clarification of techno-commercial queries raised by the customer through E-mail correspondences before finalization of the orders.• Attend post order meetings to discuss the critical aspects & execution plan for the Client Purchase Orders.• Handover of the files to the project department for order execution.

• Studying and analyzing the scope of tender specification and preparing quotations based on supplier’s back to back offers.• Clarification of techno-commercial queries raised by the customer through E-mail correspondences before finalization of the orders.• Analyzing customer purchase orders to progress towards execution.• Negotiating with vendors for commercial parameters, delivery after receipt of purchase order from the customer to increase profit margin.• Reviewing drawings received from vendors before submitting it to the Customer for approval.• Co-ordinating between vendor and customer for issues like order execution, approval of drawings, dispatches, payments etc.
