These duties will include preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements and other reports to assess accuracy and completeness, and to ensure compliance with requirements using generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); modifying, or developing and implementing, accounting systems; preparing financial reports for management, including trends, costs, revenues, and comparisons of budgeted costs to actual costs; and maintaining records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.
