• Responsible for processing of all foreign and other local payments in respect of Custom & Excise duties and clearing Agents.• Responsible of IPPS vendor payment processing, query resolution and booked proper heads.. Responsible of reporting of IPPS vendor liabilities & Expenses to company leads.• Monitor Timely settlement of advances to avoid over aged advances. • Proper recording of accruals, prepayments and adjustments.• Responsible of Foreign currency revaluation in SAP.• Responsible for reconciling vendor and GLs on monthly basis. • Responsible of closing activities (recording of accruals, taxes, GRIR reconciliation etc.)• Responsible for preparing General Sales Tax and withholding GST. • Automation of SAP reports to increase system effectiveness & eliminating human errors.• Act as a facilitator in Internal and External Audits.

• Verify and post the vendor payments in SAP and resolve queries.• Run Foreign currency revaluation in SAP. • Purchases register review for General Sales Tax and withholding GST.• Vendors and GLs reconciliation on monthly basis.• Preparation of closing activities of Accruals, Taxes & GRIR reports • PO reconciliation in SAP to actualize cost & eliminating over/ under utilization variance.• Approve vendor creation in SAP.• Timely settlement of advances to avoid over aged advances.• Act as a facilitator in Internal and External Audits.

• Prepares vouchers (JV, Debit & Credit) and reconciles general ledger and subsidiary accounts.• Bank Reconciliation.• Analyze, book, Pay and reconcile AP (Accounts Payables).• Prepare and process monthly Payroll and employees benefits.• E-filling.• Verification of payments against domestic purchase of Goods and Services.• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use.

• Sales tax reconciliation of the records for presenting final figures• E-filling• Prepare Duty Drawback documents for refund claim in Customs, Federal Excise & Sales Tax Authorities. • Maintenance of purchase registers of DYL Motorcycle Limited and its associated concerns.
