 Coordinating the Trucks & Goods/Material holders. Handling the transportation of all types’ goods- Full load & Part Load (Parcel). Managing the fuel transfer & GPS tracking by E-Commerce. Monitoring or operating own vehicles & also market and vendors vehicles. Collection follow up & sending daily collection report, outstanding details, projection for collection. Timely solving the problems of customer & vendors complaints. Marketing via pamphlets, online & face to face meetings for parcel services. Making contracts with companies like Sugar factories & other large scale industries. Preparing monthly & weekly tracking of services, performance reports & MIS.
