My primary responsibility is to provide leadership and training to ensure a quality effluent. I lead with a positive attitude, an open mind, and a strong belief in teamwork. I have been assigned to train both new hires and trainees we pick up from Labor and Industries. Two of our trainees have got their Group I and have been hired elsewhere in the last.

Hoquiam, at that time had four certified operators 2 of whom spent the majority of their time Maintaining the lift stations. My job was to spend the lion's share of my time at the plant with Al Gregorie, Lead Operator, and that I did. I mowed, cleaned, recorded, rebuilt.
