I am a business and technology transformation leader with multi-industry experience from start-up to Fortune 50 companies. That experience enables my ability to jump into any situation, industry or environment and take on the key challenges of the organization. Many times this includes bringing clarity to what the opportunities are. This has been proven by my success executing transformations across multiple industries and in a diverse set of capacities. In fact, about half of my career has been in information technology leadership roles and the other half has been in functional roles - engineering, marketing, supply chain, product development and operations. This multi-functional experience along with my Lean Six Sigma training provides me a unique lens I leverage to drive systemic and sustainable change. And while technology is great, and getting easier to implement all the time, the critical success factors remain being crystal clear on objectives and aligning, enabling and exciting the organization throughout the change.
