Consolidated flocking line into Xiamen, to increase air bed manufacturing efficiencies, and decreased supply chain costs for air beds. Added flocking and knitting lines to further increase cost savings and manufacturing efficiencies -- achieved by increasing flocking machines speeds by 25% and upgrading knitting machinery by installing 6 lines to replace 64 lines. Further increased vertical integration by installing two new sheeting pigmentation lines. Completed several short term cross-training assignments at United States and European affiliates.

Plastic sheeting fed other factories on same campus that produced above-ground swimming pools, air beds, inflatable boats and pool-side toys.
