My objectives at Beyond Curious are very simple; deliver work that makes a difference and ensure clients receive only an excellent level of service. Whilst the impact of our work and ROI will always be key metrics, there’s also the onus on working with us being rewarding and enjoyable. We work well as an extension of clients' teams, or as their marketing resource, with strong relationships helping the end results to be as considered, complete and successful as possible.

My overall objective in my role of Senior Account Manager was to forge, build and maintain relationships that would allow us to consistently deliver strong results for my clients, on projects of all scales, to in turn grow the account for the agency.As the most senior and visible member of the Client Services team on the agency’s biggest account, I routinely planned, briefed and managed multiple projects at any one time, working with the necessary external stakeholders to deliver ATL, TTL and BTL campaigns on time and on budget, to meet and exceed clients’ expectations.On a regular basis projects being delivered include brochures, POS, finance campaigns, advertising and promotional literature for national and dealer campaigns. I have also planned photo shoots, managed all aspects of TV and radio advertising campaigns, including broadcasting clearance, and worked as part of a team to deliver high end, innovative event branding and graphic solutions and installations.Notable high profile projects included a national new vehicle pre- and launch TTL campaign, national activity for model re-launches plus ongoing TTL campaigns for various vehicle models.

Within the department, I led on the planning and execution of all projects to successfully deliver new product concepts across different channels of the business.This involved conducting market research, analysing & interpreting results, and presenting and making recommendations to internal stakeholders up to Board level. In line with this was the development and review of project plans, for products on-trial and going to market, and the co-ordination of all internal stakeholders, namely Production, Purchasing, Technical and Sales and Marketing, to ensure key information was shared and business critical deadlines were met to successfully launch new products to market.In this role I retained the ongoing responsibility for packaging and own label manufacturing.

My main area of responsibility was the delivery of product packaging across the whole business. Working with internal and external stakeholders, it was my job to ensure that artwork was completed, approved and delivered to the printers, both on time and on budget, to meet business objectives and targets.Other principal areas of responsibility included working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director on own label manufacturing, namely working with customers to define, develop and deliver the packaging and supporting marketing materials for their own branded products. Alongside this I worked with the Marketing Manager to look for new areas of sponsorship opportunity, whilst seeking to secure maximum ROI on current agreements.

I joined the business with the responsibility for all event and sponsorship-related activity, for the Dodson & Horrell, Chudleys and Autarky brands. From an events perspective this encompassed booking and managing the agreed show schedule, working with suppliers to deliver the stand and POS to dress it, whilst co-ordinating internal stakeholders to deliver stock and staffing. As a brand Dodson & Horrell was committed to supporting equestrianism from the grass roots through to the highest levels of the sport, and my role involved responding to all day-to-day requests alongside looking after all sponsored riders and realising all the opportunities associated with event sponsorship.
