Linked in bioMy Name is Ethan Watts, a recent MIS graduate and Data Analysis AOE recipient from The University of Georgia! I will be progressing towards my Masters of Science in Business Analytics at UGA this fall. I am currently participating in an internship at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center (GPSTC) serving in their Technology Services Division. My current goal is to serve the public with my skills in Data Analysis and MIS in a Federal/State Law Enforcement capacity. I also have previous work experience from Lexicon Technologies, which serves in technology repair and deployment. I have a high work ethic and drive, but must believe in the cause and purpose of my work to do so. I enjoy problem solving and refining, taking an existing system and improving upon it is one of my favorite challenges. I also greatly enjoy working with others, and often find myself gravitating towards positions of leadership. I greatly enjoy how management positions have offered me the ability to bring out the best in others, helping to identify their strong suits and providing them with opportunities to grow and improve.
