o Conceptualized the idea of a wearable wireless transmitter.o Established temperature and radiation safety concerns with human body through thermal and electrical simulation and experiments.o Invented “Ferrofabric” flexible magnetic fabric capable of improving coil performance, lowering coil temperature, and providing radiation protection.o Introduced fabric design approach to make the device wearable, without sacrificing performance, and robust to hand movement through simulation and experiments.o Increased performance of charging efficiency from 30% to 82%, and stretchability from 10% to 50%.o Accomplished a lead performing wearable wireless charger superior to direct competitors and comparable to commercial devices that are not wearable. o Strengthened the performance of charging efficiency from 30% to 82%, on-body power transmitted from 3.19 W to 5.35 W, stretchability from 10% to 50%, within thermal and radiation safety limits.o Wrote a high impact paper of research findings (In preparation to Nature Electronics).
