My journey in project management began in 2012, though my professional career started in 2007. Over the years, I've worn many hats—from Software Developer, Network-IT Infra Engineer to Junior IT Manager, Project Manager, PMO, and eventually, Business Improvement. Each role brought unique challenges and opportunities, shaping my understanding of technology, systems, and leadership. Since entering project management, I've navigated complex transformations, from digitalizing an airline's core systems, telco, and retail industry to driving improvements in the mining industry. The constant in this journey has been change. The world evolves rapidly, bringing new tools, methods, and expectations. I've embraced these shifts, seeing each as a chance to learn and adapt. Looking ahead, I know challenges will grow, but so will opportunities. My focus remains on staying agile, continuously improving, innovating, and contributing value in whatever role the future holds. After all, change is the only certainty, and adaptation is critical.
