Grew sales volume of Nationwide Direct product by 400%. Developed strategic plans for MAPCO’s two refineries and then executed major components of the plans. Managed major projects including the purchase of Truman Arnold terminal in Memphis and adding jet fuel refining capacity at the North Pole refinery.Manager Futures Trading, MAPCO: Responsible for NYMEX trading of crude and refined product futures contracts to buy/sell refinery production. Added $2 Million to bottom line profitability. Manager Operations Planning, Design and Construction, Petroleum, MAPCO: Managed modeling and forecasting of refinery profitability with accountability for overseeing product terminal capital budgets and projects. Managed ethanol-blending terminal in Memphis and product storage terminal in Ark City, Arkansas. Responsible for engineering, design ad construction of MAPCO’s retail convenience store and travel center expansion. Constructed twenty new convenience stores and remodeled over one hundred convenience stores.

Director of Construction:Directed construction bidding process, awarded contracts and monitored construction of Conoco’s expansion. Responsible for bidding, awarding contracts, and overseeing construction of Conoco’s retail expansion. Constructed over 35 convenience stores, remodeled and re-imaged over 100 stores and constructed a truck stop. Supervised seven engineers and ten inspectors.Director Engineering – Retail:Designed, developed specifications/drawings and bid packages for Conoco’s retail expansion program. Designed new modular building Conoco used for a major retail expansion. Also designed a new truck stop and developed building/fueling remodels for many locations. District Engineer – Pipeline:Responsible for engineering and construction of all capital/major maintenance projects for Conoco’s Ponca City refinery crude pipeline systems. Supervised three engineers. Projects included crude gathering systems, mainline pump stations, replacing pipeline river crossings and crude oil tank construction.Project Engineer –Pipeline:Responsible for design and construction of numerous projects including Explorer Pipe Line Station, Lake Charles Coke Handling Facility and numerous product terminal upgrades. Completed the Conoco Management Development Program.
