As an Account Manager with Keyline Sales my duties include the following:Engineers & Mechanical Contractors: Provide technical support on the design and use of PEX piping in commercial and residential potable water systems, above or below ground hydronic distribution systems, and hydronic radiant heating and/or cooling systems. In addition, I deal with the sizing & selection of Noritz tankless water heaters & boilers, Trac Pipe Corrugated Stainless Steel Gas Piping systems, CECO cast iron sinks and Gerber vitreous china products. Conduct sizing and installation training classes as well as Lunch & Learn presentations on the products offered by the companies we represent.Coordinate factory tours and factory based training classes when necessary.H.V.A.C. and Plumbing Wholesalers: Provide technical support, project quotes and assistance on order processing of commercial and residential PEX plumbing and/or radiant heating systems, tankless water heaters, Corrugated Stainless Steel Gas Piping systems, cast iron sinks and vitreous china products.Conduct product knowledge classes as needed on existing products and programs offered by the companies we represent.Kitchen & Bath Dealers: Provide technical support and assistance on order processing of commercial and residential plumbing fixtures like cast iron & Stainless Steel sinks and vitreous china products.Conduct product knowledge classes on designer plumbing fixtures, cast iron sinks, and vitreous china products.Provide marketing information on the latest sales and product trends in the plumbing & kitchen and bath industries.
