Wayne is a team leader on Garver's Transportation Team. Wayne is responsible for managing Garver’s Mississippi roadway design projects. These include projects for cities, counties, universities, and MDOT. Wayne is well versed in access management, developing sequence of construction plans, detailing maintenance of traffic, and designing and implementing erosion and sediment control plans. His interchange experience includes diamond, trumpet, partial and full cloverleaf, double roundabout and multi-level fully directional interchanges. He also has experience developing preliminary, right-of-way, and construction plans for roadway design projects, as well as environmental assessments, environmental impact statements, and planning and environmental linkage studies (PELs).
