Middlemount

• Drive a safety focused approach to production crews within the CHPP area • Lead and mentor production crew from Raw coal right through to Train Load Out operations • Manage day to day operation of the 2 CHPP’s, Raw coal area, 2 Train Load Outs & associated conveyor systems which feeds the CHPP from various mining area’s• Ensure production & coal quality, railing, & raw coal stacking targets are met • Participate in maintenance scheduling meeting with maintenance planners • Assist the Coal Quality Superintendent with the daily Raw Coal Stacking plan, Production Plan & Railing Plan• Manage up to 16 product coal stockpiles, 3 raw coal stockpiles & various raw coal field stockpiles at the ocut• Participate in various daily meeting e.g delay meetings, production meetings• Ensure all daily shift reports are completed in full & on time• Manage crew training & leave requirements• Crew Trainer Assessor • Perform Group Isolations within the CHPP for production & maintenance

Middlemount

• Effectively managing my crew to ensure all projects are completed on time with a high degree of accuracy• Training new warehouse personnel to a high standard of accuracy and strong work ethic• Managing inventory to maintain a high standard of inventory management to support the operation• Liaising with maintenance and production personnel, suppliers and transport companies• Managing requisitions and deliveries intersite (open cut, Bundoora, Aquila and Grasstree mine)• Carrying out stock control, control of direct purchase items and coordinating stocktakes• Managing receivals and items for dispatch, including loading and unloading transport vehicles• Managing new stock items and stock identification and Resolving invoicing and purchase orders problems• Operating a Hyster 4 tonne, Caterpillar 10 & 15 tonne forklifts, 8 tonne body truck and overhead cranes• Use of the MIM’s supply system for various tasks
