In my career, I have been involved in growing two companies from a small core of personnel and capabilities and turning them into companies with multi-million dollar revenue streams. I'm a problem solver, able to take a project from inception on through implementation and cleanup without the need for a separate project manager and am best where a little creativity and improvisational skills make all the difference. I've never been afraid of getting my hands dirty and even today, more than two decades on in my career, I still do field work on occasion and can still enjoy it.In my time, I've found that I can learn to do pretty much anything someone is willing to spend sufficient time to teach me and this has given me a fairly broad base of knowledge and experience. The result of this is that I have done a bit of everything that engineering in an internet services company would require (and a few extras added on). I'm not going to say I'm the best, most brilliant engineer out there. What I am is the guy who takes the job assigned, deals with all the variables, pays attention to the details, and gets it done. While I've always been more of a doer, I've had occasion to function as project and team leaders as well and would be open to potential management opportunities or moving into project management full time.Also, I'm a 3rd generation Arizona native, my family settling her during the territorial days.
