My passion is helping people. Making a difference in the lives of others is energizing and I firmly believe what Zig Ziglar said: "You can get everything you want in life if you will just help enough people get what they want." This mantra is a cornerstone of how I mentor and develop leaders and cultivate relationships with customers. I bring strong analytical and listening skills combined with 40+ years of experience in the industry. Combining my expertise with the foundation that Cobbs Allen has built, our goal is that clients know they are better off with us than trying to navigate the complexities without us. Working for major industry players and having had the opportunity to have a part in shaping the strategic direction has given me a unique perspective. Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my family and 14 grandchildren. They keep me busy, and I love to get out on the water with them. Wake surfing has recently been the focus of our time on the water. I also enjoy vintage cars and am a Dixie Vintage Antique Automotive Club member.
