Darwin

Responsible for the implementation and delivery of the community leak program. Initially across Darwin region only, this was expanded to include Katherine.This included the training, coordination and logistical management of up-to 12 team members.I liaised with senior stakeholders, team members, and my project manager to deliver a check of over 30,000 properties in Darwin, and 2,000 properties in Katherine, including quality assurance, and checks to budget and time. Achievements: Design and delivery of Katherine community leak program within a 4 week period to assist the community achieve 20% water consumption reduction to enable a secure water supply after shutting off a potentially unsafe drinking water source.

Responsible for the contract management and resource allocation associated to all aspects of Security within Darwin International Airport and Alice Springs Airport, in the Northern Territory.
