Due to my Mechanical background i am employed to supervise a labour workforce for the installation of mechanical services , ensuring all works are being carried out to the mechanical specification and design drawings. I would ensure that my work force were aware of the works to be carried out against the construction programmes,undertake the ordering of materials,monitor the health and safety of the site which includes the production of method statements,risk assessments and regular tool box talks. I attend regular site meetings,generate weekly progress reports and am involved with the production of the mechanical programmes and quality control. I would oversee commisioning,demonstrations and witnessing of the mechanical systems which included client training.Involvement with the production of the O and M manuals and record drawings for project hand over.

I would supervise a labour workforce for the installation of mechanical services.I would visit a number of sites ensureing all works were carried out to the mechanical specification , drawings and in line with the contract programme. Site health and safety , quality control and the day to day running of the mechanical project on site from start to completion.

I was given the responsibility for the installation of the pipework services and generally progressed as a site supervisor. I was required to attend regular site meetings with the project team. I was responsible for the supervision of the labour workforce and the procurement of materials.I ensured the installation of services were installed to the correct quality standards together with ensuring our mechanical services were installed to programme within the project timescales.Whilst working for Kiely pipework services i was involved with many of the larger M and E contractors on projects ranging from hospitals,schools and offices through to residential dwellings from new build to refurbishment.
