CurrentWayne is the Founder of Emerald Solutions Group and has maintained the company’s vision for ESG to become a leader in bespoke security, risk mitigation and specialist support services, on a Global scale ensuring full compliance Structurally, Operationally and Legally since the company’s incorporation. Wayne boasts more than two decades of expertise in the Middle East, where he has thrived as an entrepreneur and business proprietor. His unwavering commitment and determination are geared towards achieving both company success and optimal returns for shareholders. Emerald Solutions Group has become a leader in the complex world of Security and Specialist Support Services and is a go-to name for many Blue-chip companies, Media and News agencies as well as PEP and Private Clients. Wayne was in the British Army between 1992 and 2003, serving with the Royal Engineers and Specialist Support Groups, on operations and leadership roles in the Balkans, Middle East, Asia, Canada and Northern Ireland. He was awarded the United Nations Joint Force Commander’s Commendation for service in Bosnia in 1995. Wayne and Emerald are proud supporters of military veterans and Global Crisis Aid charities, we have been involved with multiple charity events ranging from Veterans Ball, and Royal British Legion Poppy Ball, to various charity assistance such as Humanitarian Aid Afghanistan and more recently The Children of Ukraine.
