Implementation Project Manager
- Customer focused projects, for HPE customers, such as BT, Barclays Bank, UBS, Tesco, Deutsche Bank & Accenture.- Managed multiple implementation and deployment projects, 20-30 concurrently which included HPE server, storage, networking, cloud infrastructure deployments, relocations and upgrades.- Assigned to challenging customers due to detailed understanding of implementation processes.- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.- Management of outsourced service providers, virtual teams and resources.- Stakeholder management, dealt with multiple customer resources onshore, offshore and 3rd party resources.- Customer engagement throughout HPE delivery lifecycle from presales / sales to deployment and support. - Provided regular updates to customers, account team and all major stakeholders.- Project progress, Issue tracking, status updates and review via internal Salesforce tool.- Experience of Managing virtual teams with proven track record of working with diverse, cross functional teams that are located regionally and worldwide.- Project ownership of implementation utilising HPE implementation methodology.- Resource time management and costing. - Identification of new leads and revenue for HPE business.- Public sector focused PM within team with experience of managing projects within secured environments.
