I have worked in automotive design all of my working life. User controls being the main focus throughout my career. After starting with Land Rover, then amalgamating to Rover Group, Through the BMW purchase of Rover. I left to move to Jaguar cars, under Ford's stewardship. Finally now a fully integrated company as JLRI am experienced in component deign and development from concept all through to production and subsequent quality management thereafter. Working closely with Design teams I have also worked in a feasibility assessment role for new programmes as well as developing and implementing component/system strategy. I am always keen to learn and share my experiences and so have trained numerous engineers in my discipline as well as company delivery processes.Forefront in my mindset is always quality and customer experience to ensure I always deliver the best result possible in any task.
