About Wayne D.

I have been in the construction industry since 1995 and have worked in many trades, which included; carpentry/framing(residential/commercial), electrical(residential/commercial), access control/security(residential/commercial), just to name a few areas. I am the one who started at the bottom getting my hands dirty and going home at the end of the day sore and tired. Now I am currently in charge of the daily operations for an access control company. I oversee office department employees, oversee install/construction-technician/crews. I manage, maintain and oversee approximately 70+ jobs at all times. While maintaining the companies reputation with our existing and new customers as well as our general contractors. I feel like the harder my job gets the more I enjoy it. I’m a problem solver and like to be challenged. I welcome change, and believe that change is a good thing. I have maintained a management role in the construction industry for the last 8+ years. 2 of those years included the owning and operation of my own residential/commercial general contractors business in Wisconsin. I have obtained a degree in construction management. Carry 20+ years in the construction industry and in some way I have had my hands in almost every trade in the industry, which has given me the well rounded experience that I have today. This has helped me move my career to the position I have today. I always strive to make myself better. The construction industry is what I grew up in. Concentrated and furthered my education in. It is where I have always maintained a career. The industry is my life. It is what I know and enjoy. It is my past, the present and my future. No matter what I will always continue to move forward with my career and take the company I work for with me.
