I have been working within warehousing and distribution since 2000, during this time have carried out a variety of roles and managed a number of large 3PL contracts. During my first employment which started in the April of 2000 I progressed through the business where I gained excellent knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes and procedures. As I progressed this gave me the determination and ambition to strive further and progress as far as possible within the business where in 2006 achieved the position of Warehouse Manager. I am a result driven, self-motivated and resourceful individual with a successful track record of building and maintaining great teams. I am able to communicate effectively with all staff at all levels, highly organised, energetic and flexible with leadership qualities which have been exercised through experience.
