Project manager for a Service Delivery Improvement review and recommendations.My focus was to develop reporting processes from data returned from central job tracking tools logs from phone systems and other tools. Analyse and present data for senior management to highlight areas of focus for improvement to service quality. Working with numerous working parties comprising representatives from both client and tecnical support areas to make recommendations for change and improvement to all aspects of the business including, Tier 2 team support structures, Tier 1 call handling , job logging and warm handover processes.
