The position of General Manger, Catering reports directly to the Managing Director and responsible for the development and execution of the strategies to continually improve business performance of ANZ Stadium’s $30 - $35 million catering and hospitality (food and beverage) operations, and the transformation of the catering business to achieve the vision of being “Australia’s leading provider of catering services to venues and events”. New business development between 2012 and 2015 included numerous venue and event catering services contracts, generating additional revenue of upwards of $10 million per annum.

Balmain Leagues Club (Tigers) was a medium to large club with 315 gaming machine entitlements, 120 staff and 18,000 members. Annual revenue was over $18 million. The Club traded 24 hours per day – 7 days per week. The Club’s range of facilities includes: 4 bar areas, bottle shop, merchandising, ClubTAB, Club Keno, Café, Bistro, 3 dedicated function rooms and a fitness centre. The role of General Manager of the Registered Club reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer and was initially responsible for the turnaround of the Club’s financial and operational performance, leading to the ongoing viability and sustainability of the business.
