Responsible for recruiting and enrolling 1000 high school students per year into a dual enrollment high school and college credit program. This allowed students to earn transferable college credit while still in high school and thus save thousands of dollars in future college tuition costs.

Led the Lakes Region Community College Admissions Office in all aspects of it's operations including personnel decisions and budgeting. Responsible for all aspects of the college's recruitment plan including participating in all recruitment events. Created, planned and carried out college wide Open House events.Led LRCC to it's record enrollment. Extensive regional and national professional organization memberships and conference participation. Multi-faceted professional network in the admissions/counseling/teaching and marketing fields.
