Reporting to the Head of Business Development and responsible for the implementation of the Woolworths Metro convenience store strategy across Woolworths. This included aiding in the creation of strategies to roll out the Metro format nationwide, market analysis, local store marketing, IT and operational support and new technology implementations to drive consumer engagement. Achievements: Successfully rolled out 10 new Metro stores in conjunction with the wider project team.Successfully launched the new ThomasDux.com.au website, which has seen an increase in unique browsers of 5%, with an increase dwell time of 12% and decrease bounce rate of 12%.Rolled out Click & Collect model into small stores that enabled a seamless shopping experience which saved customers time.

Reporting to the Business Manager Small Formats and responsible for the management of ranging and layouts for Woolworths Metro stores. This included product placement strategies and planning optimum range in each store, market and core range analysis and leading a team of four.Achievements: Trained and developed a new team of merchandisers after team expansion and investment in the the small store format.Opened 1st new Woolworths Metro convenience concept store in Southern Cross Station (VIC).Helped develop the foundation strategy for small format stores that took it from a trial concept to rollout phase.
