Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work in inspiring and often challenging high profile buildings and operations. Skilled in Operations Management, Leadership and Facilities Management (FM), Event Management, Security and Health and Safety control. Creating and implementing key strategies for the CCC, development of key working groups and introducing a proactive income generation programme for both the Mansion House and now the CCC. What fires me up? Managing change and improving outdated systems, working with others to ensure staff welfare and the safety and security of buildings, employees and visitors.
