I represent Pointer Outfitters here in the US. I also lead Soaring Argentina, a Texas based non-profit that focuses on improving the education processes in Northern Cordoba, Argentina.

Worship Pastor at North Richland Hills Baptist Church2000 - January 2013 (13 years)In November of 1999, God, through circumstances only He could orchestrate, clearly called ourfamily to NRHBC. In February of 2000, we arrived at a church where all but three individuals whohad any music education background had left. The talent pool was very shallow. We prayed andasked God to bring those who could help build a vibrant worship ministry of passionate and sincereworshippers. God was more than faithful in bringing vocalists, instrumentalists. Those involved in theworship leading process carefully handle that responsibility with an ever increasing desire tounderstand the model of biblical worship. I was blessed and humbled to see what Godaccomplished.There were 3 services; A “classic” hymn based service with piano organ and choir; A rhythmsection driven service with strong horns, with shared responsibilities between the choir and aWorship Leading Team of 3. Finally a Modern Worship service in the genre of Tomlin, Hillsongs, and Jesus Culture. In 2007, we hired an individual to lead the “classic” service.In January 2013, there were over 120 involved in the two service choirs. There are 22 instrumentalistinvolved weekly. Within the paid music staff there is a full time ministry assistant, full time musicassociate, staff accompanist, drummer, 8AM service leader and paid sound operator. Highestmonthly average attendance: Currently running 1550-1650 in Sunday Morning Bible Study &Worship.I coordinated all services, planned/led the 9:15 & 10:45 services, and directed all Media areas (sound, lighting projection and video). I was the point person for our outdoor Christmas evangelistic outreach and special services throughout the year.

As Worship and Media Pastor I directed and planned all services and served as Executive Producer of our live ABC affiliate broadcast. Systematically with sensitivity the church was directed to a more progressive method in corporate worship. The Beaumont Passion Play was begun in 1992 and I continued to direct and produce through 1999. Using the civic theater and sets by Peter Wolf, the cast/ crew was composed of 350 church members. Attendance grew to an average of 8000 yearly. While serving attendance grew from around 600 to over 900 in average attendance.

I organized the first Worship Ministry at Graceview. We saw the Lord bless the fellowship through growth from 167 to over 450 in 7 years. First Sunday there were 12 in the choir. Within 6 months there were over 50. Praise God.

I served as a transition for the church from two part time individuals to their first full time Minister of Music under Dr. BO Baker.
