I am a Business Systems Manager with considerable expertise in the development and support of business critical systems for thousands of users in international operations. These systems can be internal facing, such as finance, HR and payroll, as well as client facing and all are designed to add significant business value. Whilst I enjoy hands-on technical involvement in the development of systems and solutions, I specialise in providing a strategic overview for projects and initiatives. In this capacity, I have worked incredibly successfully with business leaders, technical teams and key stakeholders to define requirements and spearhead initiatives to drive improvements in how data is reported and managed, leveraging expertise in business intelligence.
