Provided elevated experiences with our tour guests while making it a seamless operation for our tour guides. This position involved critical thinking within a fast paced environment while keeping safety and efficiency in mind.

At times, this role involves high density crowds which required quick thinking to maneuver the flow in a safe and efficient manner. This role is considered safety critical, so the ability to stay focused on the operation was vital for the safety of not only our guests but also our cast. Efficiency plays a vital role in managing guest flow to and from their locations. Keeping courtesy in mind, pausing boarding in a professional manner was important for dispatch times on the trains, keeping constant motion to make our guests happy.
