He has worked on masterplans, further education, universities and schools. Following an international competition, he led the design of the winning masterplan for the Indian Institute of Technology in the foothills of the Himalayas. A new higher education campus on the outskirts of Mandi, in the forested hills of Kamand is one of the latest of a new generation of Indian Institute’s of Technology being promoted by the Government of India. The purpose of the new Institute is to research innovative, environmentally sensitive products and processes for the development of the Himalayan region. Wayne is currently assisting Suzhou University, China to develop phased plans for the growth of their campus over 75,000m2 which includes an international student Exchange Centre.Wayne has recently been appointed to Council of Governors Hometon University Hospital London.
