Coordinate the activities of internal and external counsel in multiple countries. • Prior Position – General Counsel AES Global Wind. Responsible for all legal matters in the Global Wind Group, with businesses in US, UK, Bulgaria, France, and Poland. Legal lead on business development activities, including project finance of new projects, negotiation of power purchase agreements and turbine supply agreements, debt compliance, supervision of outside counsel, subsidiary refinancings and warranty issues.
