I actively encourage those I work alongside to take pride and exude enthusiasm in what they do daily and to relish the opportunity to do something new and exciting to better accomplish our missions. I appreciate the opportunity to be creative in my duties and tasks, and take joy in witnessing others come together as a team to work dynamic solutions and "make it happen" for the organization.At home, I value kindness, compassion, doing your best, and courage to fail and to try new things.
